Make This Summer Matter: Volunteer at Camp

Summer is a season of connection, discovery, and unforgettable experiences—and you can be part of making that happen.

Our summer camp program brings together youth and young adults with disabilities for days filled with recreation, friendship, and community exploration. From outdoor adventures to creative activities and group games, each moment is designed to build confidence, encourage social connections, and create a true sense of belonging.

Volunteers are at the heart of this experience.

As a summer camp volunteer, you won’t just be lending a hand—you’ll be building relationships. You’ll support campers as they try new things, navigate social settings, and enjoy the simple fun of being part of a group. Whether you’re assisting with activities, offering encouragement, or sharing a laugh, your presence helps create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

No special experience is required—just a willingness to show up with patience, positivity, and an open mind. We provide guidance and support along the way, and you’ll be part of a team that values flexibility, creativity, and care for each individual.

And while you’ll make a meaningful impact on campers, many volunteers find the experience just as rewarding for themselves. It’s an opportunity to build connections, gain new perspectives, and be part of something genuinely joyful.

If you’re looking for a way to give back, grow, and make this summer count, we invite you to join us. Learn more or apply @ www.lifebridgestl.org.
