LifeBridge Wine Club

The LifeBridge Wine Club introduces you to new wines and takes you on a magical tour of the world.

Registration is $225 and you will receive a wine box during the months of June, September, and December. Each wine box will contain:

• two bottles of wine

• description sheet of the wines

• complimentary treat

You will have the option to pick up your wine box at the LifeBridge office or have it delivered to your home / office by LifeBridge staff and participants. Delivery is only available to St. Louis City, St. Louis County, and St. Charles County.

The registration fee will be adjusted depending if you sign up after a delivery month has passed. Email Patrick Martchink at the LifeBridge office for details.
