Donations to LifeBridge help us fulfill our mission of building bridges to a life of social well-being for individuals with disabilities. Your donation helps fund programs such as camps and after-school for our youth participants and the Out & About Program for our adult participants. LifeBridge currently supports 250+ children and adults.
